Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, we may have already begun processing or shipping your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@essentialsshodies.ca with your order number.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
- Final-sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color changes of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
